1. Chimgan — 80 km
Tashkent residents' favorite getaway. Skiing in winter, fresh air and hiking in summer. Ideal for a day trip — you can leave in the morning and return in the evening.
2. Charvak reservoir — 60 km
For swimming in summer, and just enjoying the scenery in winter. Many cafes along the shore, great for a family trip.
3. Samarkand — 300 km
Registan Square, Shah-i-Zinda, Bibi-Khanym — words are not enough to describe this city. About 4 hours by car at speed. Stay for one day, return the next — a perfect weekend plan.
4. Bukhara — 450 km
The next stop after Samarkand. Old city, Kalyan Minaret, trading domes. The distance is greater, so allocate at least 2 days.
5. Khiva — far, but worth it
Itchan-Kala — an open-air museum. Far from Tashkent (a plane might be more convenient), but driving there is an adventure in itself.
6. Zaamin — 200 km
Less famous, but for a good reason: Zaamin National Park, fresh air, and tranquility. For those who don't like crowds.
7. Aydarkul Lake — 350 km
A lake in the middle of the desert — birds, camels, and endless sky. An unforgettable destination for adventure seekers. Fill up your tank beforehand!
